Latin Dancing at Rednecks coming to an end!

Come out to the last two latin nights at Rednecks. This Thursday, Sept 4th Marty will teach a Tango lesson at 7pm. Then the very last salsa night at Rednecks will happen Thursday, Sept 11th at 8pm.

Marty DJ's until 10pm and then Blandon comes on spinning his tunes.

Marty to do Dancing Classrooms again!

Dancing Classrooms is an arts-in-education program teaching ballroom dance to children as depicted in the popular documentary Mad Hot Ballroom.

Nearly 100 fifth- and sixth-grade students from Omaha Public Schools are participating in free ballroom dance lessons on Saturdays at the UNO Dance Lab. Marty will be invloved in the instruction for Dancing Classrooms again this school year.

Marty Party's are back! The next Marty Party is Friday, October 10th at Bellevue Social Center. Marty will teach a Country 2-Step lesson 8pm - 9pm. Then dance the night away with a variety of music played by DJ Marty until 12:00pm.

Dance Event Announcement!

Erica Berg is coming to Omaha!

Erica Berg from Minneapolis will be coming to Omaha November 7th and 8th!! Erica has been dancing since 1994 and is a successful competitor both individually and with her dance partner Jason Barnes. Erica is a four time US Open Classic division finalist and has won Jack & Jill contests at conventions all over the country including Pheonix, Denver, Sacramento, and San Francisco. Erica will teach 6 workshops at Bellevue Social Center in November.

Mario Robau Intensive Coming to Omaha!

A Mario Intensive is an opportunity to excel beyond the average dancer. Learn how to progress from just repeating moves and patterns, to actually dancing. Learn the fine points of leading, following, syncopations, pattern selection, connection, musical Interpretation, music theory, and other techniques. The next best thing to a 12 hour session of private lessons, an intensive is a small intimate group experience (limited to 20 couples) where you can ask Mario your important questions.
